Provital integrates exoskeletons and robots to improve employees' working conditions and efficiency in production and warehouse
Provital has provided several exoskeletons to the production and warehouse departments in order to improve their working conditions. These exoskeletons are lightweight and comfortable to wear, and are designed to redistribute the effort between the worker and the machine, with the aim of reducing occupational risks, such as low back pain and different joint injuries due to handling heavy loads. In addition, it is an environmentally friendly technology as it neither consumes energy nor includes a battery.
Also, Provital has incorporated two robotic arms to move containers in the production and storage areas, with the aim of minimizing the handling of heavy loads and improving the efficiency of the packaging and palletizing process.
This technological incorporation is aligned with Provital's Corporate Social Responsibility strategy to contribute to social, occupational, environmental and economic improvements in our environment.
