ETHICAL CHANNEL / Complaint form

This is Provital's Ethical Channel, a space for submitting reports or complaints that we make available to everyone, in line with the values of business ethics, honesty, transparency and quality that define us.

The purpose of this channel is to enable both company employees and people or organisations that have links with Provital to report the existence of a breach of regulations, an irregular practice, any conduct contrary to the law, or any violation of our principles, values, or interests, or those of our stakeholders, all of which are included in our Code of Ethics.

In order to ensure that any report received is objective and impartial, the Ethical Channel (Internal Reporting System) is external to Provital and is managed by a consultancy who are experts in the field. This system allows both anonymous and confidential reports, in compliance with Law 2/2023, of 20 February, regulating the protection of persons who report regulatory infringements and the fight against corruption.
