PROVITAL, in line with the values of business ethics, honesty, transparency and quality, and with the aim of strengthening the respect and trust of our collaborators, as well as our stakeholders, puts at your disposal the Ethical Channel.

The purpose of this Channel is to inform our company, in a confidential manner, of any irregularity, practice or conduct contrary to the law, or to the principles, values and interests of Provital or our stakeholders; all of them included in our Code of Ethics.

Any information received through this channel will be addressed and investigated following our internal complaint protocol. Provital guarantees the full confidentiality of the complainant and the information contained therein, and undertakes not to take reprisals of any kind. Access to this information to unauthorized personnel will be prevented, and only when strictly necessary, due to legal requirements or to carry out an exhaustive investigation, said information will be transferred to the body or personnel in charge.

In accordance with current regulations and Personal Data Protection, we inform you that your data will be incorporated into the treatment system owned by the PROVITAL SA group headquarters, with CIF A08584997 and address at C/ GORGS LLADÓ 200 – Barberà del Valles (Barcelona); in order to manage your communication, adopt the corresponding corrective measures and, if necessary, inform you about the result of the procedure.
The legitimizing basis of this treatment is the consent granted by the person who communicates in accordance with art.6.1.a) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 OF THE EUROPEAN PARLIAMENT AND OF THE COUNCIL of April 27, 2016 regarding the protection of people regarding the processing of personal data and the free circulation of these data.
PROVITAL SA informs that the data will be kept for the period strictly necessary to clarify the reported facts.
Likewise, it is reported that the data will be processed in a lawful, loyal, transparent, adequate, pertinent, limited, exact and updated manner and undertakes to adopt all reasonable measures so that these are deleted or rectified without delay when they are inaccurate.
You may exercise the rights of access, rectification, limitation of treatment, deletion, portability and opposition to the processing of your personal data as well as the consent given for the treatment of the same, directing your request to the postal address indicated above or to the email: equality@weareprovital.com
You can also contact the Control Authority, in this case the Spanish Agency for Data Protection, to submit the claim you deem appropriate.
Lastly, the person who communicates grants the explicit consent for the treatment of the data mentioned above.
