The art of caring.

Once again, in line with Provital's philosophy for a sustainable social growth, we are launching a new edition of the Provi-Art Contest.

This contest is our commitment to inclusive art, an initiative we have been promoting for more than 12 years through this 6th edition.

Because caring is what drives us, we take action for people.

• The inspiration and theme of this contest is “Beauty and Nature”.

• You may submit a maximum of 2 works per category, that is a maximum of 4 works in total, 2 in painting and watercolour and 2 in photography.

The deadline for submitting your artworks is March 31, 2027.

If you wish to register, you can do so as follows:

• Through this website, following the REGISTRATION tab, where you will find a form and a place to attach your artwork.

• A separate form must be completed for each artwork submitted.

• You may also register through Artistas Divers@s Association, by sending an email to comunicacion@artistasdiversos.org or calling +34 650 165 967.

TECHNICAL SPECIFICATIONS

Each artwork must be created in one of the following dimensions:

• Small: 30 × 40 cm

• Medium: 50 × 70 cm

• Large: 70 × 100 cm

Painting works may be created using watercolor, oil, acrylic, mixed media, or other similar artistic techniques and must be submitted in JPG format.

Photography works must be submitted in maximum-quality JPG format, with a minimum file size of 2 MB and a maximum of 10 MB, and a minimum resolution of 300 dpi.

Only if your work is selected as a finalist will you be asked to send the original artwork physically to Provital in one of the dimensions listed above.

Works in any other dimensions will not be accepted.

SELECTION OF WORKS AND JURY DECISION

All participants in this contest will receive a participation diploma.

The initial selection of the 25 finalist works will be carried out by all Provital employees, and the outcome will be proportional to the number of works received in each category to ensure fairness.

Subsequently, a jury composed of artists, art experts, and representatives of the Artistas Divers@s Association, the City Council of Barberà del Vallès, and Provital will select the 8 winning works.

The results of the VI Provi-Art Contest will be announced on September 15, 2027. The results will be published on the CONTEST website, and the winners will be contacted directly. The jury’s decision will be final and not subject to appeal.

AWARD CEREMONY AND EXHIBITION

An exhibition of the winning and finalist works is planned for November 2027, with an award ceremony taking place on the exhibition’s opening day.

If your work is selected as a winner or finalist, you agree to send the original artwork to Provital by courier within 2 weeks of being notified that it has been selected as a finalist.

To ensure the safe transportation of the artworks, they must be framed with a simple frame. Works protected with glass will not be accepted (acrylic glass may be used if necessary). Provital will cover the shipping costs.

After the exhibition, Provital will return the artworks to finalists whose works have not won a prize.

If your work is not selected as a finalist but you would still like it to be exhibited, you may send the original artwork to Provital, and it will be included in the exhibition. In this case, you will be responsible for the costs of shipping and return.

Provital, as the organizer of the contest, accepts no responsibility for any loss of or damage to artworks. You may insure your artwork at your own expense if you wish.

PROMOTION

All artworks submitted to the contest, with the prior consent of the artists, will be displayed on the virtual platform of Artistas Divers@s (www.artistasdiversos.org) for international promotion.

All finalist works will be included in the contest catalogue, which will be available on the day of the exhibition opening and the award ceremony.

The winning works will become the property of Provital, which will acquire the necessary rights for their exhibition, reproduction, and dissemination in connection with the contest and its communication activities.
