Ethical Channel

We renewed our Ethical Channel, created in 2022, to expand its functionalities and further facilitate communication for all people and Provital stakeholders.


The purpose of this channel is that both people from the company, as well as those people or organizations that relate to Provital, can communicate the existence of

a breach of regulations, an irregular practice, or any conduct contrary to the law; or, any type of violation of our principles, values, or interests, or those of our interest groups, all of which are included in our Code of Ethics.


As a novelty, in line with our values ​​of ethics, honesty, transparency and quality, we have adapted the channel in accordance with the provisions of Law 2/2023, of February 20 , regulating the protection of people who report regulatory infractions and the fight against corruption, establishing the body responsible for the Internal Information System and including the option of making an anonymous communication or complaint. In this way, our Ethical Channel meets all the requirements of the

European Directive for the protection of whistleblowers, preserving their identity, guaranteeing confidentiality and providing traceability of communications.


The new Ethical Channel is a channel external to Provital, managed by an expert consultancy in the field, which makes available to all people a direct, safe, and easy to use.
