We are living an authentic R-Evolution in today’s social context that has been transferred to the scientific environment. It is a fact! The pandemic has accelerated the interest on well-being and respect for the environment boosting biotechnology, the alternatives of molecules less invasive and more respectful, the use of massive data analysis in favour of personal care, the rise of neuroscience also in cosmetics, the global activism and, to end, the focus of all scientific innovations on specific customers’ needs. 

These are some of the demands on the spotlight at this moment. But what kind of ingredients respond to the new claims? How to integrate them in future projects?
